I interpret the final "Yes I said Yes I will Yes" as the strong Molly's desire to become Leopold's wife. She will to marry him and she is agree with his suggestion. She reminds that initially she said "yes ", then she said "yes I will" to highlight that she would become his wife and finally she said "yes" to confirm her decision.

Molly is a woman, married to Leopold and, as recalls her name, very sensual. She is autonomous and independent and she knows what she wants from life. She is a modern woman, and she may be considered an emblem of female principles. She is a character of 20th century because is very different of a Victorian woman: she is unfaithful and represent the paradigm of female sensuality.
