MRS JONES

Mrs Jones had a daughter. She was four. She wanted to teach her to say please when she asked for something, and to say thank you when someone gave her something. One day, while they were having some tea the child asked for bread and butter. Her mother asked what more she had to add. She answered she wanted some jam more. Mrs Jones asked her if she wanted some tea. The child answered that she didn't want any tea.
