This quotation has been taken form Julius Caesar (II,ii,32-37) Shakespeare.

Cowards, who are too afraid to do what is right or expected, run away from their problems instead of facing them. That is why as they escape from difficulties they are they are not able to live what real life is. Therefore their fears prohibit them from facing everyday life killing them each time little by little and making them die many times before their actual death.

Valiants, who are brave and courageous, face their every day life and problems becoming stronger at every situation so that when their moment of death arrives they will not fear it.
