Mrs Jones had a daughter, Elisabeth. She was four and her mother was trying to teach her how to say "please" when she asked for something, and "thank you" when someone gave her something. One day, having a tea, the child asked her mother for some bread and butter. She asked her what more she had to add. The daughter answered she wanted some jam more. So Mrs Jones offered her some tea and the daughter answered she didn't want any tea more. Her mother asked her what she didn't want and Elisabeth answered she didn't want any tea.
