WHY I'M PROUD OF BEING AN ADOLESCENT
Adolescence is a happy period, despite most of teenagers are contrary to this. In fact, an adolescent usually doesn't have to carry out important and serious obligations, while adults have to earn money to make them and their family survive and aren't helped as an adolescent is. So, teenagers are independent in favourable circumstances but depend on their parents in vital circumstances. Therefore, though adolescents generally don't realize it, this is an easy situation which can never happen in our life anymore.
For this reason, in this period adolescents can simulate the adults' behaviour and make their first life experiences. Besides, teenagers are helped by parents and friends when they are wrong and then they learn how to behave in the future. An example of life experiences is the school choice. When adolescents try to behave like adults they feel free, happy and satisfied.
Furthermore, adolescence is a happy period because it's full of ambitions and dreams. Adolescents think about their future life and their possible jobs. These dreams are very often absolutely improbable, but they concur to make a teenager happy.
I am proud of being an adolescent for all these reasons and because adolescence must be lived happily as all the rest of life must.
