My mother's name is Giancarla, she is 48 years old.

She was born on the 26^th of December 1961 in Bergamo.

But now she lives in Fiumicello.

Bergamo is a city in Lombardy. She has got two brothers, Paolo and Alessandro, and one sister, Simona. My mother is the elder.

She no longer has her parents for so long time and she sees seldom her brothers, sister, aunts and uncles and cousins.

She calls them every Sunday to tell what she does or where she goes.

We usually go to Bergamo to Christmas holyday and in Summer.

When we go to Bergamo our relatives are very happy and they give us a pleasant welcome.

When we were there we go to the mountain, to the lakes or to the rivers every Sunday, we have much fun. We often do long walks and we are in company.

In Fiumicello she has got many friends and often they go out to dinner or to go to the cinema.

She has got two daughters: me and my sister, her name is Veronica, she is 21 years old and she live still with us.

My mother is short and robust but she isn't fat. She wears glasses because she doesn't see very well.

She has got small brown eyes and short blonde hair.

She often is a nuisance but she does like that, because she loves me and my sister.

She is a housewife and she cleans everyday all our home, she cooks for lunch and for dinner, her better dish is "Parmigiana", I like it so much.

She likes reading "Famiglia Cristiana", it is a week magazine, and she likes go for a walk or goes by bicycle. She always goes to Grado because she likes the sea and the beach.

She likes a lot the animals, especially the cats, in fact we have got three cats, but she would like to also have a dog.

Unfortunately we can't pick him up because we haven't got space. 

She likes the Formula 1, and she makes the typhus for the Ferrari.

This year she is 23 years that she married with my father and she is very happy, she often quarrels with my father, but after they reconcile.

My mother is very funny and nice, she is friendly and very apprehensive.

She is romantic and she likes reading novels and love stories.

She hasn't studied a lot in fact she is stopped to the third class of medium school but she is always available when I have a problem and she finds the way to help me.
