The old man wants to tell his story and the wedding-guest caught by his glittering eye decides to listen to the old.The story is about the journey to South pole Ex21 The mariner’s traits that Coleridge describes are: the long grey beard, the glittering eye and the skinny hand.2 The old man seems as real for his physical traits, but his magical effect on the young does not seems realistic. Ex31.In the first part of the journey there was the sun higher and higher every day, after that a strong storm struck the ship, then they found snow and ice.2.
