ANALYSIS OF THE TEXT "BEOWULF"

The text I've analyzed is called "Beowulf": it's an epic poem, composed in Old English. The main character is Beowulf, a warrior: he's fearless, very strong, he's the leader of his group. He represent the values of Anglo-Saxon society, that was based on honour, courage and blood. In the Middle-Ages, being a warrior was very important and, reading Beowulf, we can also understand the modalities of Medieval voyages: they sailed using wood ships.
