Franco worked as a computer programmes in a Milan office, but he left his job to do the ski instructor in the Alps.

He always said that the most beautiful thing in to work with many people. So, he lived in a small flat, he hadn't got a car, but he said that he was never been happier.

Adriana, left school when she was 16, and she started working as a cleaner in a small hotel. Six years later she became the manager of that hotel. She said she really wanted to have her own business, even if working for herself could be less secure, and she also said that in her opinion "be your own boss is the most important thing".

Jamal had been working as a countant in London. She said that everyday she was very stressed and tired, like all the people who worked with her. So, she moved to New Zeland and started to work in a Garden Centre and recently she started her own business.

She said she was so happy because she could see the most beautiful places in the world.
