THE BAG THEY MISSED
The police received a report about six thieves who had stolen a bag. It was in a van which carried factory wages. After three hours the policemen found the van near the river. They had thrown him into the back of the van and he had sat on one of the bags. The driver was tied his hands under his back and had a handkerchief on his mounth so that he couldn't shout. The policemen freed him. They asked him what happened. He said the thieves had attacked him while he was coming back from the bank and they obliged him to drive up to the river. The thieves had stolen a bag. So a policeman asked him how much money the bag contained. The driver answered that bag didn't contain any money, but it contained only letters. He told them also he money was in the bag he had been sitting on for three hours.
