FUTURE PROSPECTS

? was being interviewed. Six days before, he had applied for a job. He had found an advertisement. It was addressed to young people who like travelling abroad, even if at short notice, and don’t mind keeping irregular hours. He had answered and in that moment the company director was interviewing him. ? was happy for how the interview was going on, also because he hadn’t said any nonsense yet. The director asked him if he was willing to accept the working conditions and he said yes. Then, the director asked him if he was married. ? answered he was going to be married in a few months, but his future wife wouldn’t object to his decision. The director was very impressed and asked ? what was his previous job. He answered she had been a salesman, but he wanted to change job because he found it dull. The director was very happy. He said most of young people prefers dull jobs, and the first question they ask during a job interview is if the job would carry a pension. After he had heard that, ? anxiously asked the company director if that job would carry a pension.
