Why I would like to visit London

         London, the capital of the United Kingdom, is one of the biggest cities in the world. I would like to visit it for different reasons.

         First, I have never been to a big city so far and I would like to know what’s life like in London: the different means of transport (the underground), food, people’s different habits, culture, and so on.

         I want to improve my English and London would be the best place to practice. If I attend a study tour I can speak in different contexts: not only at school, but also in everyday’s life (for example if I go around the city and I need information). Moreover I would like to learn some words of the local dialect.

         I would like to visit some famous places, like the London Eye, the Tower of London, Madame Tussauds, Hyde Park and so on. I would like to visit some museums, like the science museum or the natural history museum, Abbey Road, because I like the Beatles, and the Hard Rock Cafè. I would also like to take a walk on the riverside of the Thames.

         I think this experience would be amazing and very interesting. In my opinion the contact with a different culture can open your mind and it can influence positively your life and your choices.
