Obama’s speech consist in an argumentative text. It is made up three parts: the first part consist in an introduction, where Obama gives thanks to his voters and to the people who helped him, and speaks about his family and the last situation of the USA.

The second part of the speech contains the passes of his governance, that are the arguments of the thesis which Obama sustains (come out the crisis and get better Americans’ life). The principal topics are the American economy and the use of new renewable energies, less expensive and pollutant; the situation of schools and the improvement of these, because its are the unique way to work well so it’s so important that every boy can go to school; the end of the war in Afghanistan and the dead of Osama bin Laden, a thanks to American soldiers; the American society and the improvement of his life.

The last part of Obama’s speech consist in the conclusion: Obama takes on his own responsibilities and gives thanks to Americans and encourages them to go on and to help America to became a better country.
