FPecorella- Talking about Christmas.

Francesca: Hi, Aleksandra. How are you?

Aleksandra: Fine, thanks. But I’m very busy, because I’m packing my things.

Francesca: Don’t you stay at home during the Christmas holiday?

Aleksandra: No, I don’t. Well, I’m going to set out tomorrow! So, I’m very late to making preparations for the journey.

Francesca: I see. Where are you going to go?

Aleksandra: I’m going to go to Foggia, to all my relatives! There are my cousins, my aunts, my uncles, my grandparents.. I can’t wait to go!

Francesca: Nice! Where is Foggia?

Aleksandra: It’s in the North of Puglia, in the South of Italy, near Lucera and Trani.

Francesca: It seems an amazing place! What are you going to do there?

Aleksandra: I think I’m not going to go all over Puglia. I’ll stay at my Grandma’s or aunt’s home. I’m going to watch a lot of films with my favourite cousins and I’m going to go shopping to buy the lasts presents. I suppose, me and my relatives will have plentiful meals, such as every year!

Francesca: Do you go there every year?

Aleksandra: Yes, I do. But I don’t go there always in the same period. It depends from my dad’s shifts and holidays. I sometimes go in the Christmas period, and other times on the New Year period.

Francesca: When did you go last year?

Aleksandra: At Christmas time. It has been the best Christmas in my life!

Francesca: Serious?! Wow. Why do you think so?

Aleksandra: Because I had a lot of fun! At Christmas I was at my aunt Gabriella’s house. There were about 25 people, in fact we spend hours to open all the presents! We finished at 3 o’clock a.m. !

Francesca: What did you receive?

Aleksandra: I don’t remember very well. I received some a scarf, two pairs of gloves, a frame, a nice casket, some money and so on..

Francesca: I hope you will pass a lovely holiday as much as last year’s one!

Aleksandra: The same to you! See you soon!
