Dialogue:

I: Hi Asia! Where did you go for Christmas last year?

Asia: Hi! I went to my relatives in Florence, my father's
city.

I: Oh, and what did you do there?

Asia: I stayed there with my family for three days. We
went to "Piazza Santa Croce" to saw the magnificent  Heidelberg's Market. It is called this
because it is a typical Christmas market from north of Europe. There are Christmas
decorations and a lot of kinds of foods.

We met my parent's
friends and we had fun.

The city is wonderful in
this period. There are Christmas lights and decorations along the streets. The
squares are decorated .

At Christmas day we had a
big lunch. We ate  typical Florence's
foods.

For first course, we ate "pappardelle"
with rabbit's sauce. For second course, we ate roast pheasant, and for dessert
the "pantoforte toscano" (dessert with candied fruit), and "cavalucci"
(biscuits with nuts).

What did you do for
Christmas? 

I: I stayed at home for Christmas. My parents invited
my uncle, my aunt, my cousin and my grandparents to elapse together Christmas.

For appetiser we ate ham,
cured raw beef and cheese, for first course pie with "ragù", for second course
stuffed duck and trotter with lentils, at last for dessert gubana.

It's a typical dessert,
that you eat for Christmas, from Slovenia, my mother's country.

The Christmas day was
perfect! We ate a lot and we enjoyed together.

What are you going to do
for this Christmas?

Asia: Well... I don't know... . I want to go to a mountain
place, but I think that my parents decide to go to Florence again. And you?

I: I and my parents are going to go to Cortina for five
days.

We're going to stay in a
hotel near the sky run.

We' re going to do walks
on the snow. We' re going to go shopping.

We're going to skiing or
to do "snow plays".

The hotel organize
parties in the evening, so we're going to go there.

Do you want to come there
with us?

Asia: Absolutely yes! I love skiing! I will say this
suggestion to my parents and after that I will tell you the confirmation.

I: That's great! Bye bye !

Asia: Bye bye !
