PARAGRAPH 2-3-4:

In the second, third and fourth paragraph Obama tells his Americans what has been done what he believes should be done to end the present crisis.

In the last four years he cut taxes for middle-class families and small businesses. He does not believe that mpre taxes will bring good jobs or pay the deficit. Cutting aid to schools will not grow the economy or help America to compete with China. He wants America to move foreward. They must not make the same mistakes again. Rebuilding the United States of America will take more than a few years. It will require common effort, shared responsability, and the kind of bold, persistent experimentation that Franklin Roosevelt pursued during the only crisis worse than the one at the moment. He asks the people of America to rally around a set of goals for country-goals in manufacturing, energy, education, national society and the deficit;a real, achivable plan that will lead to new jobs, more opportunity and rebuild this economy on a stronger foundation.
