GREAT CAREERS DO NOT HAPPEN ACCIDENTALLY

One of the main problems of these last years is the lack of employment. No one wants to do simple or hard works and everybody dreams to have a good job, with gratifications and a lot of money. But great careers are hard to gain and require many efforts and study.

This idea often clashes with what we listen to on TV and newspapers, where we are repeatedly told about politicians or doctors who buy their careers and obtain great jobs without having great merits or having studied for many years. Therefore you may think you do not need to study hard to get a good job.

I think this is not true. The only valid requirement to reach a great career is to study hard and have a great passion. Indeed a
good career needs a proper preparation and qualification, but also requires sacrifice. And a person can carry sacrifices only if he/she has a great passion which pushes him/her to keep up and to better himself/herself.

In conclusion I think those people who think the only way to reach a good career is to buy it are completely wrong. You must toil, dedicate to your passion, and once you will have reached your objective you will feel fulfilled and you will be rewarded of all your efforts.
