TWITTER IS MORE FASHIONABLE THAN FACEBOOK.

Yesterday the Pope registered in Twitter. Everybody has started tweeting him asking stupid or serious things. It had a big success and now everybody talks about it.

Also in politic something like this happened: Matteo Renzi, after the “ballottaggio”, communicated immediately his loss. So everybody could know his loss without watching any news. I think that Twitter is a very useful find!

Firstly using Twitter can be like buying  newspaper, if you follow the proper people you can know more pieces of information than reading a newspaper. As I said before, Renzi had communicated his loss before the media knew it.

Another thing is that Twitter is less distracting: everything is in one page and you can go for hours on one’s profile like on Facebook.

in addiction, I don’t know if it’s a pros or a cons (it depends on the reader) Twitter is an “only-reading-site” because you can read a lot on the profiles of the people you like, but you have to write interesting things to be followed and that’s, in my opinion, it’s very difficult.

But one argument against Twitter is that is more difficult than Facebook to learn how to use it. I joined in Twitter one month ago and I still don’t know how to use it properly. I think there aren’t other cons.

In sum Twitter is more useful than Facebook. Maybe Facebook is more interesting for young people because you can “gossip” but gossiping can become so boring.
