Great careers do not happen accidentally

Recently I have read that careers are reached only with famous relatives or money and not with hard work and study. I think that great careers happen only with hard work but also with luck other people think that career does not happen accidentally.

First of all I think that sometimes great careers happen also to rich but not intelligent people and for this reason their careers do not last for a long time because without intelligence you can not have a dignified career.

Often great careers happen to whom does not deserve them and this depend from the luck or money or if you have also some contacts with famous or important people. This can give you the access to the "world of the career" and in this way you can earn money and have a good condition of life.

Great careers can happen also without hard work and effort and this is the case of the "recommended people", so in this example great careers do not happen accidentally but with the help of someone else.

There are also "recommended people" that open an own activity with the help of someone else but subsequently they work hard to make to work the activity well and autonomously.

In other cases great careers happen with hard work and effort and I think that reaching career with their own means is more satisfactory than reaches it with famous or rich people's help.

I think also that with diligence, carefulness and hard study people can arrive at best and respectable careers of those people that are recommended.

I think also that people must have also luck and suitable bases of study because without them you can not arrive at good careers. I believe that fortune is very important because even if you are very intelligent and good but you have not contacts or someone that think that you have some qualities and give you an opportunity, it is so difficult and hard to draw near the "world of the career".

In conclusion I think that great careers so not happen accidentally but sometimes is also necessary possess luck.
