Obama’s acceptance speech is the title, it  has been published on 7th of November in Chicago.
it consists in an argumentative text: is one that provides an argumentation, an idea, a thesis, something you want your interlocutor believe in.
the purpose of the speech is to persuade the people that for a better America they have to work hard, have to make effort all together. In this way They could change America, they could hope for a better future all together.
the speech is a linear text where prevails parataxis, it is composed of short periods and the words are easy( it ‘is an  informality text) because the speech is intended for all people( workers, writers, doctors, unemployed people ecc..)
Besides Obama often use anecdotes and examples to explain his thesis, his arguments using so stories of his family. Moreover he use often the word  “WE” instead of “I”. so he put all the people on the same floor without make difference and give them a central role for the development of the USA.
