Our new secretary

Miss Simpson, the new secretary answered the telephone. Mr Bright was speaking. He wanted to sell to Mr Calder new typewriters, but Mr Calder didn't want them and told to her secretary to tell to Mr Bright that he wasn't in his office. The secretary told Mr Bright that Mr Calder says that he wasn't in the office.

Two tramps and one dog

Two tramps were walking along a quiet road with sad-looking dog. The tramps didn't have any money to buy anything to eat and they were sad too. Suddenly a car arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the car hit and killed the dog. The car driver thought that the dog belonged to the tramps and so he gave them five pounds. The man drove away. The first tramp put the money into the pocket and the other one asked whose it.
