Two tramps and a dog
Once upon a time there were two tramps walking along a quiet road, and a sorry-looking dog was following them. The first tramp said sadly that they had a bad day, because they had no money to get something to eat. The second said hopeful they will find something.
Suddenly, the two tramps saw far away a car, coming toward them very quickly, so they moved to one side. The driver hit and killed unfortunately the dog, which was in the middle of the road. The man tried to stop but it was too lately... he got out of the car and went towards the first tramp, who said “ Pour little dog”. The driver told him “ I'm terribly sorry, I tried to avoid your dog, but I couldn't” and regretful gave five pounds to the tramps. The first tramp put the money into his pocket.
Then, while the driver was getting into his car and he was driving away, the second tramp asked to the second one“Whose dog was it?”
Our new secretary
Mr Alan Bright rang up the office's telephone number five times during last week. He rang again today, and he spoke with the new secretary ,Miss Simpson. He wanted to sell new typewriters to the boss, called Mr Calder. He was sick and tired and he said to the secretary they didn't need any new typewriters. He also said to Miss Simpson to say to Mr Alan Bright he wasn't in his office.
Therefore the new secretary said to Mr Bright “ I'm sorry but you can't speak to Mr Calder now ...he say me to say to you he's not in his office !”
