Nowadays most of those who surf the net use English as a vehicle language: English is the medium which allows everybody to keep in touch, exchange information or files and interaction. Of course web English is totally different from the pleasant souding english of BBC since it carries with it or different contribution of the different language surfer speak.

This situation seems to transform the Great Britain' s words and reduce that in a poor vocabulary creating many different "slangs":  the "Konglish", the English typical of the Korean region, the "Hinglish", the Indian English; where the words are used in different way or are invented. for example in "Singlish", English spoken in singapore, the word 'skinship' means the report on skin, sex.

In my opinion this is a negative effect because reducing English in a poor vocabulary develop a general ignorance about the correct use of English. so, it develops the "Globish",language which is used by the net surfer, whose is an ungrammatical English.
