BEOWULF AND GRENDEL: the fight

The text tells about the fight between Beowulf and Grendel. Grendel is a monster. The monster firstly arrived to Hortgard's dwelling and murdered a man while other people tried to escape from him. Later Grendel addressed Beowulf and when he was about to attack his warriors defended him. The entire body of the monster was in pain, a tremendous wound appeared on his shoulder. Beowulf was granted the glory of victory.
