The dramatic monologue (resumes monolodo Hamlet) is used as a magnifying glass, it allows the reader to enter the consciousness of the character and to discover more aspects about the character of what he says. it implies  the 'existence of a voice distinct from that of the poet, then the' impersonality of the poet, who speaks with the voice of the character. it allows a more objective than the traditional one.
