An interview is generally considered an informative text. While I was interviewing Dr.ssa Valentina Casula I noticed that she was very confortable talking to me and she was smiling for the entire interview.  Later she told me that " You need to be at ease with people and communication is the most important tool" if you want to achieve in the profession of a hospitality manager. As a result your job might have a very good influence on your life and on your relationships with people.
As the interview went on she indirectly expressed her opinion on Italian workers and Italian institutions. As a matter of fact, the two answers "I got the chance to know and live in a different culture and to study in a foreign school/university with a different system which is definetely better than the Italian one " and "I mostly take care of directional visits of foreign importers (sometimes, unfortunately, they are Italian)" suggest her negative judgement on Italian method of working.
There is also one more thing that really caught my attention. At the very beginning of the inerview when I asked her which were the reasons that led her to the university choice she answered me " maybe because of uncosciousness" almost conveying the idea that she doesn't like her job. Nevertheless during the entire interview she denied this hypotetis even though she confessed that "if I could go back I would definitely choose a scientific field like engegneering". However she seems very satisfied of her work,of her co-workers, of the company ( "Last but not least the working environment is wonderful: a solid company and faboulus co-workers").
Last but not least she told me that in the past she opted for a job rather than another because of her boyfriend "In January I got to offers for a job and I accepted the one in Padova (where my boyfriend lived)". While she was saying that she didn't look regretful but it seemed to me that she way trying to give me some advice. Sometimes in your life you make some choices but your not totally aware of what you are doing. Love is a wonderful feeling and if you think that follow a person is the right thing to do than do it, but sometimes you have to put yourself and your life ( and even your carreer) in front of others'.
