Concerning the interview to a professional figure, the reader can notice that the interviewee hadn’t much time to answer my questions. I can say that because the answers are very synthetic, even if the employee provided to give me all information about her job and my curiosities. So the first piece of information is that the interviewee’s disposition was limited. Besides the reader can notice that she goes to the point of the problem or the situation directly. This aspect underlines the feature that an employee should be have. She/he should be concrete: it is necessary to resolve all the problems (all jobs and professional activities need this feature). An important aspect that comes into surface from this interview is the person’s determination: she loves her work and she is satisfied by what she is doing at this moment. Besides I focus my attention to the part of the interview in which she says that she attends specific courses: I can understand that this kind of work implies a dynamic conception of work, in which it is necessary to change their methods and their ways of work very frequently. In conclusion I can say that I’m satisfied by this interview because I come into contact with some parts of the world of work. Besides I understand that this kind of work implies a lot of knowledge and it is necessary to use theoretical studies in the practice work.
