Il lavoro va fatto in orario extrascolastico tramite diversi strumenti a scelta degli studenti: registrazione audio, videointervista, report cartaceo delle risposte.

ANALYSIS OF THE INTERVIEW

The interview I have realized thanks to the help of the Architect Alessandro De Luisa allows me to better understand what means to have a managerial position at a public local authority.

Before synthesizing what I have learned from it, I would say that I decided to interview Mr. De Luisa because two years ago I attended a stage within the town hall of Grado, he was my boss and I saw him as a very strong and authoritative person.

To have a managerial position at a public local authority means to deal with urban services, private construction and town hall heritage. In order to get this job you have to get a degree in architecture and to win a public contest.

It is not a very autonomous job because you have to respect lots of laws, but at the same time you have to be very responsible. The main aspect of this job is to understand immediately what is very important in order to economize time and energy; indeed you have to work more than eight hours a day.

At the end of the interview he suggested me to get another job because in his opinion young people well – educated can get a higher - level position.
