Analysis of the interview

The interview with chartered Accountant and Accounting Specialist Franco Zentilin has been useful to put into a better focus the profession I would like to choose in my life and to become conscious of the specific path I have to follow.

Let's consider the first point of the previous statement. Well, according to Mr. Zentilin's answers to my questions, I am able to understand that the profession of chartered Accountant and Accounting Specialist requires you to devote a lot of your time to work, indeed in some cases you are also supposed to work the entire week. What' s more, you have to constantly update your knowledges in order "to survive" in the business world, "through the analysis of newspapers and magazines related to the sector".

Going on, Mr. Zentilin clarified other important features of his profession: in particular, he focused his attention on telling me that you have to be very able to interact with people in order to understand their requests and carry tasks out in the right way. Last but not least, according to nowadays economic situation, he told me not to give up at first time in finding a place in the profession, but to constantly persevere: "Having the right ambition and large time is important to treat your own after - graduated and profession access education".

Considering the second point of the first statement of the text, Mr. Zentilin made a complete list of the subjects I' m going to study at university: they go from "general and applied accountancy" to  "professional legislation and ethics". Meanwhile, he said that I have to be able to organize my studying time, in order to pass every single exam. What's more, he also clarified me how to get into the profession: first of all, I shall ask for joining an office in order to make practice with the profession; after that, I have to take a decision, whether taking part in an office life or becoming a freelancer.
