F   Shall we make some scones?

C   Yeah! Let’s make sure we have all the ingredients. Right we have some butter, some          milk, some eggs…

F   We don’t need any eggs for scones! Have we got any flour?

C   Yes, there is some. But I’m afraid we’ve got no bicarbonate of soda at all.

F   We don’t need any. We can use baking powder instead.

C   What else do we need?

F   Maybe some cream of tartar and some raisins.

C   Raisins? Yuk! Idon’t want any raisins in my scones.
