Textuality » 3A Interacting
This year in our class we have two guest, two French girls. This is due to a project called Comenius, that includes some schools of different nations, life France and Italy , luckily our school, the "Liceo Scientifico Albert Einstein" is included in this project.
The name of one of her is Aude Gozzini, she's from Agen, a commune in the Lot-et-Garonne department in Aquitaine, a French region in the southwestern of France. She was born in Milan, indeed she has Italian origins. That can be understood looking her surname, that is clearly of Italian origins. She attends the high school "Bernard Palissy" in Agen. She is staying in a family in Bagnaria Arsa.
The other girl's name is Claire Stynen, she's also from Agen and she attends the high school "Bernard Palissy" in Agen too. They have a different way to study the topics of the subjects in the five years of high school. In my opinion, she speaks really well Italian. That's very admirable because the Italian's grammar is really difficult, above all the verbs. In fact, we have a lot of verb tenses. So, according to me, Italian language is more difficult than other European languages I have studied, like French, Spanish and English. She is staying in a family in Torviscosa.
I also know that they come with other friends of their school and I sometimes see them together during the recreation.
According to me they did a very clever choice, in fact they can understand the Italian customs, traditions and way of life. However this is a really difficult and corageus choice. In fact, even if they have some French friends is difficult to settle in a new country when you can't speak fluently the language and there is a totally different way of life.
