THE FRENCH FRIENDS

Claire and Aude are two French girls who took part in the project of cultural exchange. At first I thought that they couldn’t speak Italian, but when they introduced themselves I realized that they were prepared to come to Italy and to make this cultural journey. They are very polite and respectful of the rules of the school, in fact, talking to them, they told us that in France isn’t permissible the behavior that keep us in school. They listen carefully our lessons to learn other Italian words, but if they don’t understand there is always someone to help them, sometimes they ask us questions and we respond calmly. They say that they aren’t able to speak fluent Italian, but I think they are very good because in any case they do understand. If I were them I would have many difficulties even if I have studied French, I would have some problems to take part in this project because I wouldn’t make it to go to France for three months, living in a family that I don’t know and can’t ever see my friends. Italian culture and French are very similar and that's why I don’t think they have great difficulty living in Italy. I believe that during these three months they can have fun and when they will return home I hope they will remember us and the friendships made and surely they will bring back this experience for a lifetime.
