The Industrial Revolution brought radical changes in 19th century in England and in Western of World led to growth of two systems of thought: Economic Science and Socialism. Adam Smith ,Malthus, Ricardo and J.S.Mill had published stages. Growth of population and the relative and positive decline in the agricultural population were the facts of I.R. More over there was a decrease in rural population, the causes was connected by destruction of common-fields and enclosures, and the condition of small farms into large. The advance of agriculture causes more scientific approach: substitution of large for small farms, the reducing of farms number, rotation of crops, and agriculture societies. Growth of industry made mechanical inventions in textile industry. The most important inventions were the steam engine and the engine for a cotton-mill for power bloom. In iron industry mechanical revolution was smelting by pit-coal. The improved means of communication were railroad, and canals. These improvements gave this results: distribution of factory system for domestic system and extraordinary increase in common fields. Revolution in distribution of wealth was caused by enclosures system , consolidation of farms, money invested in improvements and high price of corn. Social changes in manufacturing world were a change in the balance of political power and in the relative position of classes, the consequences were the change in their habits and alienation between farmer and countries and class conflict. The misery of working people often caused by rise of price of bread and the condition of workers in factories.
