Recipe of Finikia (Greek recipe)

Ingredients: Some honey, some orange peel, some walnuts grinded, semolina, some butter, some cloves, some water and one egg.

Preparation: Cook the semolina in a pan on a medium flame. In another pan, with some water and orange peel, heat the honey. Then, when the semolina changes colour, add the egg and some cloves, work them in order to have some small rolls. Put them in the oven, at a moderate temperature, until they become brown. When they are ready put the rolls in the honey and strew the grinded walnuts on them. Make a pyramid with the small rolls and let the hot honey drop on it.
