Couscous Recipe 

Ingredients for 4 people 

500 grams lamb 
500 gramme couscous ( precooked )
4 spoons of oil 
a knob of butter 
200 grams of yellow pumpkin 
2 onions 
2 red peppers
2 potatoes 
30 chickpeas
some boiled eggs to garnish ( optional ) 
some tomatoes paste ( almost one spoon ) 
aromas ( ginger, turmeric, ..etc..etc..)  
                                              
 

                                                 
                                                   Procedure 
Sauce 
The day before soak the chickpeas ( But if you want you can buy a chickpeas tin ). First you need to slice up the onions and put it in the pan with four spoons of oil.  Immediately after add lamb, and when the latter is almost ready  add togheter the tomatoes before and then the pumpkin: when it is cooked , add also some tomatoes paste ( almost a spoon ), aromas , a pinch of salt and two red peppers. Therefore leave to cook. 

Semolina
In the meantime put the semolina precooked in the pan, add four cups/bowls of couscous and four of water+salt, and bring to boil ; When the water boils, douses it , and put into the pan four bowls of semolina. Then mix/stir with a wooden fork, cover and let it stand for 3-4 minutes. Later put again on the burner all, add the butter and after 2 minutes put out the burner. 
Semolina is ready. 

Sauce is cooked, put the semolina into the dish, add the sauce with lamb , which it must be liquid. At last, if you want you can put into the dish also half egg to garnish. 
And that's all.
