Halloween
it's a festival which is celebrated on the 31^st of October. It is
also known as All Hallows' Evening but in the 16^th century it was
substituted for Halloween. Though the origin of Halloween come from Samhain, a
festival for summer's end of Celtic. Halloween has also been influenced by the
day of All Saints. Now people on this day wear dress like ghost, monster, witch
and go to other houses to collect sweet or money, they ring the bell and say :"
Trick or treat?" . They also cut pumpkins and put in a candle to make them
shine. In Scotland and in Ireland Halloween is so important: children dress up
costume , hold parties and have firework. Thanks of immigration of 19^th
century also in America this tradition is very popular ,families decore them
house with lights ,skeletons and pumpkins with lights inside.
