HAMLET SOLILOQUY:

Shakespear does a new interpretation about Hamlet's tragedy. In Shakespear Hamlet there is a play inside the play. The purpose of the play is way to unveil the real story, according the mentality of the period.

Hamlet wants revenge his father. Why does Hamlet want revenge his father? Hamlet creates an excuse to not kill his uncle. He kills him after his mother has died. What's the point why Hamlet don't take action? Why does he create an excuse?

Ernest Jones is the psychanalysis that studies Hamlet. When he advances his interpretation he adopts an analitic point of view.

What is the report between boy and mother? Hamlet is unable to kill his uncle because he has a relantionship with his mother. The son/boy interiorises the image of his mother. Indeed Ophelia is the contrary of his mother: he is untouchable. So this can be the reason why Jones think he loves his mother. Subconsciosubly he wanted placate his mother's desires.
