I live with my family in Monfalcone. Monfalcone is a town in the province of Gorizia, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the north-east of Italy.

Monfalcone is a port city and it’s the seat of Fincantieri, an important boatyard. In my town there are a lot of shops and there is a shopping centre too, the Emisfero.

In the town there are a lot of good pizzerias and ice-cream parlours, a lot of clothing stores, stationery shops, a bookshop, some beautiful churches and much more. There is a cinema and, near my house, the swimming pool too.

I love the boulevard, where there are a lot of big trees, and when I was a child I used to go to the little park with my brother and my grandfather.  

In the outskirts, where I live, there are some fields and groves.

I don’t particularly like my town because I prefer the country and green areas, but I love to go out with my friends and go to the bookshop.
