The reason why I chosse the article published in the newspaper "The Economist" January 4, 2014 was the word "inequality" that aroused some interest in me, i thought about the different economic and social situation of the various social classes. Reading the article looks quite complicated and uses a technical language with numerous references from economists of the post to the most recent ideas of Piketty.
The readers that may be interested in reading the present article may be the people who nedd information about the economy (especially on the evolution of thye distibution of the capital and the equality in income distribution), those who are interested to the economy story from the industrial revolution till now and those who are interested to the development of thought from 19th century taking as a basis "The Capital" by Karl Marx and the integration with the study of Mr. Piketty, that will publish his book in English language in March 2014. It presents a deep analysis of the changes in capital according to population, industrial development and population growth.
Certainly the reader of this article should have an appropriate technical-economic base, given the many references to various economists that have taken place over the past 200 years.
