Oxford is a grate town but it isn't very suitable for teenagers. 

Teenagers love sports, music, green space and hanging out.

Oxford offers a lot of green spaces for teenagers but it hasn’t got very places to hang out for them.

In fact, in Oxford there aren’t dance venues for under 18 years old guys and they can’t have fun in those places in the evenings. Teenagers would like to go to cafés and pubs but they can’t because those places are expensive and teenagers haven’t got any money.
