Up to  3 ALS - Geoffrey Chaucer. The Characters in The Canterbury TalesUp to task document list

From this abstract you can understand the personality of the nun of Monza. The nun is a special and singular one, different from the others. She is a contradictory person: this is conveyed by her unclear and ambiguous behavior, that shows different and opposing parts of her personality. These aspects gives her mistery and creates curiousity.

Another important thing that the intelligent reader can understand reading the abstract is that the nun brokes the rules, for example he keep outside the veil a lock of hair and the half-slip was too tight for nuns’common rules.

The reader can also understand that the nun is a very important woman because the men who speaks with her uses a language and manners that shows a lot of respect.

The last aspect that the reader can notice is that the setting where the event is set is one of gossip.
