The 5th of May I had a English lesson with my English teacher. The last lesson two my classmates began to quarrel during the English lesson. For this reason my English teacher decided to read us some letter where two guys write to a Philosophy teacher that they are subject to bullying and they don’t like the lifestyle and the behaviors of theirs classmates.

The first is a 13 years old girl, she lives on the Dolomites. She tells their classmates blaspheme, they say curse words. They exclude the people different to them, the people that don’t have fashionable clothes, modern mobile phones, a big house or both parents. They don’t think that somebody suffers for their malice. They are bullies, they don’t do their homework and don’t grow mentally.

The second is a 16 years old boy. He tells the same thing of the girl. He says that some guys are scared to talk, because the bullies kid gays, people that study or that have musical tastes different to them. This boy tells that families and school don’t help guys that start to get depressed and to close themselves off.

The Philosophy teacher Umberto Galimberti answer of theirs letters . He gives reason to the two guys. He think that this phenomenon is disconcerting. He think that the school, increasingly poor economically and culturally, can’t help the guys and the families give up. He concludes worried for the future of this generations.

This lesson was very interesting and useful.
