Dialogue 1

A woman arrives and draws the attention of the man. The man asks if he can help her and she says she thinks to have let her jacket on a tube train. The man ask her if she remembers when it happened and she replies it happened that morning. The man ask how the jacket is like and she says is a nice pink cotton Italian jacket. It’s quite small. The man says he goes and check.

Dialogue 2

A man arrives and draws the attention of the man who works there. The controller asks if he can help him and he says he left his rucksack on a bus. The controller ask the man to describe his rucksack: it’s a medium sized one, it’s black and made of leather and it’s quite old. It has a small sticker of New York. The controller says he will go and check.

Dialogue 3

A woman arrives and draws the attention of the controller. The man asks if he can help her and she starts to stutter, so the man tries to calm her. He asks what the problem is and she replies she left her purse in a black cab with all her money, a credit card… the controller has to calm her another time, he says they have lots of purses and he asks the women to describe hers one. She says it’s a red plastic Spanish purse. It looks like a leather purse but it’s made of plastic and it’s round. The controller finds the purse and the women kiss and thanks him.
