Ingredients:

Cuban white rum

lime

a sprig of mint (6-8 leaves)

ice cubes

sparkling water or soda

1 highball glass type

Preparation:

It is preparated by placing the botton of the cup two teaspoons of brown sugar and the juice of half a lime.

The ingredients are blendel togheter and at this point you add the mint that should not be crushed but only lightly pressed  and mixed with the juice and sugar, then joins the ice, white rum and finally the sparkling water.

The mixture is then served with a straw and spring of mint decoration.
