Today we discussed the Sharing Responsibility Pact during the English lesson.
The Sharing Responsability Pact is a very important document because it gives the rules for the school life.
According this pact the students didn't be scared to be oneself, but they must be the protagonist of their future.
The pact writes that the teachers didn't made difference between the students: religion, language, colour, policy ecc... haven't to created differences between the persons.
According to the pact the school is committed to ensure the security, prevention and protection from risks with fire crews and First Aid
Teachers should engage in the activities all kids so that no one is left out and they can best express their peculiarities
According to the pact the school is committed to constantly inform the families of all the news, initiatives, the performance of students in a written or verbal way.
Families also need to do their part making sure that their children are responsible.
I think that this pact is very important for both teachers and students because it may reign respect in the classroom.
The Sharing Responsability Pact should not be used only within the school, but should also be observed in the life of every day.
I believe that if all of these rules were respected by the teens, there would be no problem of bullying.
