Last english lesson we discussed and conversed about the Sharing Responsibility Pact that is a very important document signed by our families and the school; they both have to do their best to make the students feel good and learn as much as possible for their abilities rispecting also the students' individuality. (All the students are different and unique).

The school takes at its task to transform young people in wise and respectful adults.

The document is divided in five paragraphs: at the top there's the introduction where is explained what the Pact is and what are the school's obligation toward the students. Then there are four other paragraphs, one is for the relation between the family and the school, another is for the security and all of the advantages in the 'sphere of security. The fouth ones talks about the students' right like to be helped in difficult and complicated situations that may disrupt the student and to be respected the students from different countries or culture. The last paragraph is about the students' behavior that has to be respectful, educated and very kind and polite.

I think that this Pact is very important because allows the student to feel comfortable and accepted in a new enviroment and context.

The teacher said that a student has to comunicate, to learn, to socialize with other students and last but not least to work very hard and not to complaine. She added that is a must because everything goes fine at school.
