The 16th September 2013 we discussed the Sharing Responsibility Pact during the English lesson.                                          The Pact is a very important document signed by families and the school. They both decide to do their best to make the student learn as much as possible respecting their individuality. The school considers every student as single and unique. The Pact is form by four pages. In the introduction is explained what the school claims to do: to respect the students, to involve the students, to help them to understand that we are all equal etc.  After the introduction, the Pact is divided into four sections: the first is divided in five subsections dealing about the relationship between school and family, the second is divided in two subsections and dealing about the security, the third is divided in five subsection and dealing about the student’s direct and the final section is divided in seven subsection and dealing about the student’s behavior.                                                                                                                After reading the pact I can say that the part that struck me the most is that which speak of respect and of the importance of the individual. I think the enthusiasm and motivation can’t  be imposed, but only arouse. I also liked the idea of the school is open, not closed in itself but open to families, to changes in society and to technological innovation.
