An argumentative text is a text where the writer explanes his point of view about a topic. He has to persuade people that his idea is correct. To do that he has to make some examples and he has to expime also that is idea is correct comparing his point of view to an other that isn't correct.

The text should be organized in three different parts:

- the intoduction, where he sayes what is the topic he is going to talk about;

- The body, where he explain his point of view, he explain why is it correct and he usually compares his ideas to others he consider wrong;

- the conclusion, where he resume what he sayed before and he gaves his personal opinion.

In an argumentative text is really important involve the reader to convice him the truthfulness of his ideas, indeed the writer should use connectors as: first of all, indeed, in fact, at last, as a result, in my opinion, in contast, besides, but, however, naturally, of course...
