Dialogue 1:

Miss Howard and me are sitting on a bench in a park.

I: May I ask you some question about your daily routine?

Miss Howard: Yes, sure!

I: You are a journalist, right?

H: Yes, I am.

I: When do you usually get up at the morning?

H: I usually get up at a quarter to seven in the morning. I must to be at work at eight o’clock and the journey takes me about twenty minutes.

I: How do you generally go to work?

H: I always take the underground.

I: And when do you go back home?

H: Oh, it depends. I finish to work at two o’clock in the afternoon, but twice a week I finish at four o’clock.

I: What do you usually do in the evening?

H: I watch TV or write something. I really like writing and I do this outside of work, too.

I: Cool. Thank you very much, good afternoon!

H: You’re welcome. Goodbye!

 

Dialogue 2:

My friend Gaia and me are chatting out of the music school.

Gaia: So, what are you going to do this evening?

I: I don’t know, probably I will relax watching TV. What abut you?

G: I’ll finish my homework.

I: Which subject do you must to finish?

G: I must to do the last exercise of Latin. You know, next Sunday will be the last day of school before the Christmas holidays, can we see to make us the Christmas greetings.

I: Yes, good idea! We can have a pizza!

G: Cool! Where can we go?

I: We can go to the pizzeria in Romana street, at eight o’clock.

G: Ok! Now I must to go, see you soon! Bye!

I: Bye bye!

 

Dialogue 3:

In my class, I'm doing an interview with my English teacher.

I: So, since when does she teaches at this school?

Teacher: I teach here since nineteen eighty-six.

I: Do you always teach English?

T: Yes, I do.

I: Where do you live?

T: I live in Scodovacca.

I: Is Scodovacca near Cervignano?

T: Yes, it is. It’s a village where all the inhabitants are commuters.

I: Do you live in a house or in a flat?

T: I live in a flat.

I: What do you usually do in your freetime?

T: I usually do the housework.

I: Have you never played a musical instrument?

T: No, I haven’t.

I: Ok, I’m done. Thank you, good afternoon.

T: You’re welcome. Goodbye.
