The entire play of Hamlet is composed by five acts which present different number of scenes. The first act consists of five scenes where the space is both outdoor and indoor. If you analyze the start of the play, the characters are in Elsinore on a platform before the castle, that occurs several times in the first act. Other scenarios are presented in this act as a room in the caste and a room in Polonius' house.
The facts presented are set in Denmark and the time used is in the night, so the story is shrouded in mystery thanks to the darkness
